Corrections policy
People make treatment decisions around information like this, so a mistake here is not a typo. If something is wrong, we want to know and we want to fix it quickly.
How to report something
Email hello@simpleivfguide.com with the page address and what is wrong. If you can point to a published source, that speeds it up a lot. You do not have to explain who you are.
What we do next
- Anything that could affect someone's safety is checked the same day and taken down while we check it.
- Everything else is checked within five working days.
- If you are right, we change the page and update the date on it.
- If a fact changed rather than being wrong, we update it and say so.
- If we disagree, we tell you why rather than ignoring the email.
What gets a visible note
A wording fix is just fixed. Where a correction changes the meaning of something factual, the page carries a short note saying what changed and when, so you are not left wondering whether you misread it the first time.
What we cannot do
We cannot comment on your treatment, review your notes or tell you whether your clinic is right. Read the medical review policy for why.
