Nothing on this site has been reviewed by a named fertility professional. We say that plainly on every page rather than hiding it, because a fake reviewer badge is worse than no badge at all.

What that means for you

These pages explain what published guidance says and point you to the original. They are not a clinical opinion about your case, and they never replace what your clinic tells you. If a page and your clinic disagree, your clinic is the one who knows your history.

What a reviewer would have to be

  • A named person, not "our medical team".
  • Registered with a UK regulator such as the GMC, NMC or HCPC, with the number shown.
  • Working in fertility, not simply medically qualified.
  • Paid for their time, with no say over what we recommend commercially.

How a reviewed page will look

When a page has been reviewed it will show the reviewer's name, their registration, and the date they reviewed that specific version. Every other page will keep saying it has not been reviewed. We will not apply one reviewer's name across pages they did not read.

What we already do instead

  • We stay inside published guidance from HFEA, the NHS, NICE and ESHRE.
  • We give no doses, no protocols and no personal predictions.
  • We flag anything that is a clinic decision and stop there.
  • We date pages so you can see how current they are.

Read the خط مشی ویرایشی for how the pages are written, or email hello@simpleivfguide.com if you are a fertility professional willing to review some of this properly.
