Privacy policy

Fertility treatment is private, and this site is built accordingly. Only what is needed to sell and deliver a PDF is collected.

What is collected

• Your email address, when you buy, so the guide can be delivered to you
• A record of your purchase, date, amount, and an order reference, for accounting and refunds
• Basic anonymous usage statistics about which pages are read, with no attempt to identify individuals

Card details are never seen or stored by this site. Payment is processed entirely by the payment provider.

What is never collected

No medical information, no diagnosis, no treatment details, and nothing about your clinic. Nothing you read on this site is recorded against your identity.

How it is used

To deliver your download, to answer support emails, and to keep lawful accounting records. Your email is not sold or shared, and you are not added to a marketing list unless you explicitly opt in.

How long it is kept

Purchase records are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires. Support emails are deleted once resolved.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion of anything not required for accounting. Email hello@simpleivfguide.com and it will be handled within 30 days.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses what is necessary to work and to remember a completed purchase. We also advertise the guide on Google and on Facebook and Instagram, so when advertising is switched on those platforms receive a signal when someone visits from an ad and when a purchase is completed. That is used to measure which adverts work and to improve them. It never includes your name, email address or anything about your treatment. If you are in the UK, EU, EEA or Switzerland, none of that runs unless you agree to it first.

We also use Google Analytics to count page views and completed purchases, so we can see which pages people find useful. It tells us how many visitors we had and which pages they read, not who they are. Google acts as our processor for this and receives the page address, a randomly generated visitor identifier and approximate location. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
