AMH (anti-Mullerian hormone)
A hormone produced by small ovarian follicles, measured by blood test to estimate ovarian reserve.

It's a blood test that gives a rough idea of how many eggs you have left, not their quality.
Why it matters
Clinics use it alongside antral follicle count to plan your stimulation dose and give a general sense of how you might respond to treatment.
